From the North or the South:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 63, Route 72 East-Long Beach Island. Take Route 72 East through Manahawkin and over the bridges until it ends in Ship Bottom. DO NOT USE YOUR GPS ONCE YOU ARE ON LONG BEACH ISLAND!  IT WILL LEAD YOU ASTRAY! At the end of Route 72, turn right onto Long Beach Boulevard. Go about 2.6 miles To Stevens Real Estate on the right at the corner of 73rd Street. There is a big blue Stevens Real Estate sign out front.

From the North/West:
Take Schuykill Expressway/Route 76 to Route 676/Route 30 East through Center City Philadelphia. Continue on Route 30/Route 276 across the Ben Franklin Bridge to New Jersey. Stay on Route 30 after crossing the bridge then take Route 38 East to Route 70 East. Take Route 70 East to the Route 722 circle and take Route 72 all the way to Long Beach Island. DO NOT USE YOUR GPS ONCE YOU ARE ON LONG BEACH ISLAND!  IT WILL LEAD YOU ASTRAY! At the end of Route 72, turn right onto Long Beach Boulevard. Go about 2.6 miles To Stevens Real Estate on the right at the corner of 73rd Street. There is a big blue Stevens Real Estate sign out front.

From the South/West:
Take Route 95 to Schuykill Expressway/Route 76 East. Take Route 76 over the Walt Whitman Bridge to New Jersey. Continue onto Route 42 South to the Atlantic City Expressway East. Take Atlantic City Expressway to Exit 7-N to Garden State Parkway North to New York City. Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 63, Route 72 East-Long Beach Island.
